Beer better than milk?!
There is more protein in beer than in milk. What's more, beer has fewer calories than apple juice, milk or cola and contains neither fat nor cholesterol. These claims have been made by the All India Brewer's Association.
The apex body representing 42 beer manufacturers, has urged the food processing ministry to delink beer from the status of liquor and whisky, so that it can be advertised and marketed like any other product. They have argued that liquor has an alcoholic content of 42.8% while beer has only up to 7%.
Beer is battling to get the status of milk. The all India Brewer's Association (AIBA) have argued in a memorandum to the government that a glass of beer contains more protein than does the same quantity of milk.
Not just that. They have said that the calorie content in beer is lesser than that of a bottle of apple juice, milk or any cola. So do not club beer with hard liquor in computing tax, argues the industry.
"It has been given the status of a fast moving consumer good (FMCG) that can be traded over the counter at any departmental store", says the Vice-President and President of Shaw Wallace. "Beer distribution has to be made open as in Singapore."
The industry's representation for removing beer restrictions are straight and simple: Beer is only an agri-food. Arguing that it has neither fat nor cholesterol, the beer manufacturers' body has told the government that an average bottle of beer gives four vital minerals and five important constituents of vitamin B and proteins. Raw material for beer is malt, the same as for health drinks Maltova and Horlicks.
In their representation titled 'Indian Beer Industry - Needs Policy Support'. AIBA has pitched beer as a "mild and healthy beverage", conforming to the tenets of "responsible" drinking.
" Beer has to be taxed on the basis of alcoholic strength keeping levels on alcohol content as bench mark", say many of the top manufacturer's. Duties and tax account for 40% of the beer cost in India while it is of the order of 20% in US, France and Germany.
They have said that the cost of one litre of beer taken as percentage of daily income in the high selling states of Andhra, Karnataka and Maharashtra is close to 28%.
The comparable figures for US, France and Germany are less than 3%. And if India attains this level of even 15% then the beer should cost around Rs. 30 per litre (Rs. 20 per bottle).
"It is a highly capital intensive business. It is not feasible for the brewers to sustain the current market pressure", says the top shots. "Brewing companies are increasingly being declared sick", they add.

TRICKS IN FORMATTING XP
FAST FORMAT
1. Boot through Windows XP CD.
2. After all the files are completely
loaded, you get the option to select the partition. Select “c”.
3. Now Format the partition,
whether it is normal or quick with NTFS or FAT
4. Once the formatting is completed, All the setup files required for installation are copied. Restart your system by pressing Enter. Now, here begins the Simple trick to save 10-15 minutes.
5. After rebooting, you get a screen where it takes 40 minutes to complete or finalize the OS installation.
6. Now, Press SHIFT + F10 Key -> This opens command prompt.
7. Enter “Taskmgr” at the command prompt window. This will open Task Manager.
8. Click the Process Tab, here we find a process called Setup.exe -> Right Click on Setup.exe -> Set Priority -> Select High or AboveNormal

CALL CENTER TIPS AND TRICKS
TIPS AND TRICKS:
Advise ko lang sa mga job seekers and newly grads out there na i take advantage nyo ang BPO or Bussiness Process Outsoursing. All you need is a "good" conversational English. Wag kau mag apply sa mga agency. Pang dodong at inday lang yan! kakaltasan ka pa sa sahod mong minimum!

Initial Interview:
Wag kang kabahan. Look straight into the eyes of the interviewer. Answer directly wag paikut-ikot. Don't say negative things, always positive. Avoid talking too much, Focus with the basics, Begin with your name, nickname, where you live, etc. Of course you need to say it with confidence and good grammar. Talk like about 2-3 min. Be ready when the interviewer asks you based on what you said like for example:
Applicant: I just came from a vacation. (add casual conversations like this one)
Interviewer: How was it?
Applicant: I't was great! We spent the whole night drinking.(or you can invent your own).
Keep in mind that the initial interview is a critical part of the process. It's do or die.
Additional tips:
Kung hopper ka wag ka na lang mag declare ng previous work mo. Sabihin mu 1st time ka nag work but be ready for the questions: (Note: Sample lang eto, bahala na kau mag iba).
Q:Why did you choose to work in a call center?
Suggested answer: Personally for me, I wanted to try something new as well as meet new friends. I also see this as an opportunity to put my skills to good use.
Q:What skills? (If the interviewer asks)
Suggestd answer: Those skills are my ability to multitask, my computer knowledge (if you're applying for TSR) and my ability to speak conversational english (make sure you really do have this skill).
Q:Why should we f**cking hire you?
Suggested answer: You should hire me because I believe I have the skills and abilities that your company is looking for considering I have no experience yet in the call canter industry.

Typing exam - it really depends on the center. Merong 30,35, or 25 wpm (words per minute). Pag addict ka naman sa computer wala lang eto.
Listening exam - Pag bagsak ka dito bingi ko o kaya kulang ka sa focus. May nakikita akong bumabagsak pa din dito.
After you have passed all these wagg muna kayo mag celebrate dahil hindi pa tapos !.
Behavioral interview (again it depends on the CC kung meron nito):
Answer with confidence. Pag tinanong - Why did you resign from your previous company? Don't say negative things about your boss, colleagues or the management. Say that you did it for personal reasons like: you want to look for more opportunities like career growth (sawa kana mag agent).

Q: How do you see yourself 2-5 years from now? (Remember to be positive..
)
Suggested Answer: I see myself as a team leader who will lead this company to it's full potential. (Again the rest it's up to you).
Q: How long do you plan to stay with the company? (Be careful of your answer here.., tinitignan lang ung staying power nyo if ever ma hire kayo).
Suggested answer: I plan to stay as long as the account that I will be assigned with will not be dissolved.
Q: What are your weaknesses? (Medyo mahirap lusutan eto, Minsan may bumabagsak dahil lang sa question na eto.) The trick to answering this is to say first a certain weakness you have and back it up on how you coped with it like for example:
My weakness is I tend to talk too fast when I am excited about something that is work related. I have taken steps to slow it down by forcing myself to think before I speak. (Just improvise this answer or you can make your own based on the format = say the weakness >>>> then back it up with how you prevented it from happening again
